GREG | Owner & President

Greg started his roofing career in 1978, as summer help for his uncle and father at ABC. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from George Fox University in 1985, he became fully involved in all aspects of the commercial roofing trade at ABC. As President, Greg leads a team of professionals that are dedicated to being industry leaders in customer service and product quality. The ABC Roofing team continues to set the standard for the industry in response time and customer satisfaction. ABC is very proud of the solid, long-term relationships that the first two generations have created and look forward to continuing the trend with a 3rd generation.

TOM | Owner & Vice President

Tom started working on roofs beside his father, Jim, and his brother, Greg, when he was just 15 years old. He graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and went to work full time for ABC Roofing in 1988. Tom, along with his brother Greg, are the lead estimators at ABC. An active member of the community, Tom is a member of the Clackamas Rotary Club. He’s also a member of the Associated Roofing Contractors (any other associations?).

MICKY | Chief of Operations

Micky started with ABC Roofing Company in 2000 after his first year of college at Oregon State University (OSU). During the next few Summers with ABC, he learned the basics of commercial and residential roofing. After graduating from OSU in 2004, Micky was offered the Superintendent position at ABC. Upon gladly accepting the offer, he began to use the knowledge and training to the fullest that had been received in years prior. During his years as Superintendent, he learned how to properly manage workers and made sure that jobs got done on time and under budget.

In 2011, ABC promoted Micky to Chief of Operations. This position includes oversight of departments at ABC, including Purchasing, Admin, HR, Service and Safety.

MATTHEW | Superintendent

Matthew’s construction experience originated from (8) years within an HVAC firm that consisted of (4) years building, installing and running projects in the field.  He then completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Oregon State University in 2006, then spent the remaining (4) years of his HVAC career project managing up to $3 million dollars a year.  He has owned the Superintendent position at ABC Roofing Company since May of 2011 and put his skill set to use, professionally managing equipment, men, and logistics.

MIRA | Service Coordinator

In 2014, Mira relocated to the Portland area where she started gaining experience in the roofing industry. She has previous experience working with roofing sales, purchasing, material supply, billing and general administrative tasks. Mira joined the ABC team in April 2017 as Office Coordinator, and is the first point of contact to anyone visiting or phoning our office. Since then, Mira has moved up to Service Coordinator, and schedules, bills, and maintains all service work and records.

TYNAN (Ty) | Safety Coordinator

Prior to joining the ABC team, Ty worked as a Foreman Carpenter for a fence building company. After doing this for five years, he decided to return to school in 2010. While attending Central Washington University, Ty majored in Safety and Health Management and minored in Business Administration. Upon graduating, he continued to gain experience as a Safety Manager for an Oregon bridge building company. Ty began working at ABC Roofing in 2017, as a safety monitor. Shortly after, he became an apprentice roofer. With his extensive background in construction safety and on-site experience with identifying safety hazards, he was promoted to Safety Coordinator, where his main focus is reducing the risk of accidents and injuries at ABC and on all of our jobsites.

BRIAN | Project Engineer

Brian started working with ABC Roofing in 2015, after five years in the Navy as an aviation technician working with F-18’s. He joined the team as a Safety Coordinator, where he helped to create and implement a variety of programs to improve the health and well-being of our employees, our jobsites and our workplace. After two years of focusing on safety, Brian transitioned into the role of Project Engineer. His primary focus now is working with the Project Managers to help bring our projects in on time and under budget.

MARK | Project Manager

Mark started in the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry in 2012. He has overseen all types of roofing and waterproofing projects with systems including deck coatings, tank coatings, fluid-applied waterproofing, sheet-applied waterproofing, built-up roofing systems, single-ply systems, and pavers on pedestals. Mark is experienced in managing multiple projects at a time, ranging from new construction to tear-offs and reroofs. He has managed projects for OHSU, Nike, the Timbers, City of Portland, Portland State University, various school districts and many major general contractors in the Portland metro area. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Oregon State University in 2008, and joined the ABC team in May 2018.

JOSH | Superintendent

Josh joined the ABC team in September 2017. Having worked in the construction industry for nearly 15 years, he brings a wealth of experience. As superintendent, he oversees crews and manages equipment, our warehouse, and all aspects of quality control. Since joining our team, Josh has improved production, our team’s morale, and overall shop organization. He serves as a liaison between our project managers and field technicians and is responsible for leading our foremen and crews to perform work safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer’s specifications.

DEVRI | Project Administrator

Devri’s career in the roofing industry began in 1996, when she started out as a receptionist for a commercial roofing contractor. While working full time, she earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration at Clackamas Community College and decided to pursue a career in business marketing. After continuing her studies at Portland State University, she started a marketing department at her firm which grew from one office location to five during her tenure. She is a co-chair of the Oregon Chapter of National Women in Roofing (NWIR) and brings a wealth of experience as the newest Project Administrator at ABC Roofing.
